What happens after I have paid?
After you have paid, there is just one final step we will need you to complete before we can get you set up and started on our online learning system. This can be done by email, however, it is significantly quicker if we are able to have a quick 5 minute chat with you.
So, if you make your payment before 4 pm (Monday to Friday) – We will call you the same working day.If you make your payment after 4 pm (Monday to Friday) or at the weekend – We will call you the next working day.

What is this phone call for?
Firstly, we will want to introduce ourselves to you, so you can get to know a bit more about us. Then we will establish a Direct Debit plan that works best for you. We give you the option to choose how many months you would like to spread your remaining course fee over, and what day of the month you would like the payments to be taken. This means that you can tailor your payment plan to work for you.
What happens after the phone call?
We will immediately follow up this phone call with two emails relating to your Direct Debit, which we will need you to action. This process can be completely boxed off in just a few minutes.
Finally, you will receive your login details for our online learning system and a welcome call from one of your assessors!
